As an entertainment consultant he has worked with restaurants, night clubs, and hotel venues throughout Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, and The Middle East. As a Chef he trained at The Culinary Institute of America, made his apprenticeship in Jakarta, Indonesia, and conducts an annual culinary workshop in Siem Reap, Cambodia. He combines global grooves with global flavors to create soulful dining experiences.
