As we move forward with Portland's return to a new way of doing things, we're offering two types of tastings:
The Chef's Table Tasting - A multi course degustation of the chef's signature dishes prepared and served at The Chef's Table at our kitchen in Downtown NW Portland. Service typically begins at 7 or 8 pm and often includes
2- 5 perspective clients gathered at The Chef's Table overlooking the main line and the NW park Blocks. Our tastings feature an assortment of appetizers a salad, 2 entrees, 2 sides, and a dessert. They're a great opportunity to see our operation, taste our food, and and get a feel for our approach to people and food. Tastings cost $50/person. If you decide to book with us we'll deduct the tasting cost from your final balance. Below is a menu and a video from one of our tastings.
The Take - Away Tasting - Choose from our selection of prepared meal entrees to be picked-up and prepared at home. Choose as many prepared meals as you like and prepare them at home when you like. Each meal feeds 2-3 people and costs $30.

In an effort to meet new clients, network with industry colleagues, and promote our business, Company Tonight host weekly dinner tastings at our kitchen at 337 NW Broadway. Our tasting menu typically features an assortment of appetizers, 1 salad, 2 entrees, 2 sides, a dessert and matching wine. Our tastings offer you an opportunity to enjoy our food, see our facility, measure our culinary skills and to get a feel for our approach to food, service, and people. If you decide to book with us you're more than welcome to return to our kitchen for a second tasting after contracts are signed and deposits secured. Second tastings offer our clients a chance to fine tune their menu and request additional items not featured on the tasting menu.
